WHMCS, make, edit and host website

Recommended Posts

Hi, guys.

I have a favor for you professionals.

Please help me.

I have one urgent problem that should be solved as soon as possible.

I am building one website-building site.

It's like a website factory.

I had some agony between modernbill and WHMCS for this, finally chose WHMCS because I thought It gives me smoother and convenient interface and feature.

I already bought WHMCS package and license, and have a eNom reseller account.

I know i need to use one of web hosting services for reselling.

Am I right?

The clients visits my site and choose their favorite template, edit their own site to be hosted.

In a word, they make and edit their sites in my site.

When they make payment, their website should be automatically hosted by the domain name ( full or sub) they entered when registration.

(The domain name can be full one or subdomain of my site itself.)

The elements of a website of one client are the files( source | template and resource | theme files) and the database(MySQL) tables and records to be inserted for customized texts and images of the client's website, set by the client himself.

The template file and theme and resource files should be uploaded automatically.

And I have no idea how the database can be applied to the client's website.

If there is any unclear thing in my explanation, Let me know.

Thank you very much.

no need to cross-post 3 times:

Anyway, do you already have a templating system for clients in place?

You will need some custom development for a WHMCS module to make this happen and some ... There are a few developers around here that may be interested, or you can contact Matt, the developer, and see if he's interested in doing it for you.

Good Luck
