Being Re-Directed back to KB after check-out

Just upgraded to 3.6.1 and doing some final testing.

 

Before the upgrade, after checkout, using either Paypal or CDG, the user was redirected back (err... honestly I can't remember the exact page) but I seem to recall, the page that displays their invoice.

 

Now, with PayPal, they are not sent to the PP site but after a few seconds the screen refreshes and the user is brought to .../knowledgebase.php?action=search&searchin=Knowledgebase&search=

 

Same thing with CDG.

 

I have Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway ticked

 

I'm stumped but still researching. Any help appreciated.

Due to your header/footer customisations and the addition of a form, the forwardpage.tpl template file which is set to submit form 0 or 1 on the page automatically is submitting the form in your header rather than the form containing the gateway code. Therefore it needs updating and you need to change the forms[0] or forms[1] value to be forms[1] or forms[2] respectively.

I added a chat button to header.tpl; that was the culprit.
