email pipe error

I created an account just for tickets as suggested and then configured it to be forwarded as instructed. When sending an email to that account, I'm getting the following error:

Am I doing something wrong?? Sorry, I'm totally new on this pipping thing.

I'm getting that error too.

 

I even tried piping to /usr/local/bin/php /home/XXX/public_html/pipe/pipe.php to no avail

I worked it out.

 

My WHMCS installation is in a different account to the support email address.

 

I've changed to the Cron piping method and that error is now fixed.
