Server is configured correctly as far as I know. What else could be preventing WHMCS to create the account on WHM? Adam Posted September 10, 2006 Share Posted September 10, 2006 Hey, Could be a package that would be causing the problems. If your reseller account has the opton Resource Usage set then you want to make sure that both the package name in WHMCS and in WHM are the same, no spaces same word casing and what not...
