Gears
All you need is WHMCS. Don't even need Kayako. However, you may want to consider a tax program, a live chat program, and/or a VoIP system.

Gears
Unless you are a large dynamic business, I recommend just looking at WHMCS' reports and transactions pages. Also look at http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=10615 You can think of a VoIP call system being like the call centers when calling a cellphone carrier for support. Typically they are used with toll free numbers.
isdoo
I have heard a lot about voip but have not figure it out how to use it and how it can be helpfuland about tax program can you recommend one? VOIP can be very useful. We have several VOIP lines, with local numbers in both main cities in the UK, and also numbers in foreign countries. Numbers can be stacked on top of each other, so for example anyone dialing our Manchester or Birmingham numbers will come through to the same line(s). of course outgoing calls and international calls are also very cheap. Avoid Skype and Vonage etc., as these are closed systems and not truly VOIP, which is an open system. Although these can offer a reasonable package it is not so easy (and cheap) to have alternative numbers from around the globe.
