Everything seems to be set up correctly but none of the orders are going through. I'm using the Authorize.net Gateway Module and I've entered all fields of information. But when I place an order I receive this debug error in my GATEWAY TRANSACTIONS LOG: Action => Auth_Capture Client => DesignDiva Response Code => 3 Response Subcode => 2 Response Reason Code => 33 Response Reason Text => Credit card number is required. AVS Result Code => P Transaction ID => 0 Invoice Number => 80425002 Description => Metro Business Pages Invoice #80425002 Amount => 11.00 Method => CC Transaction Type => auth_capture Cardholder First Name => Iesha Cardholder Last Name => Thompson Billing Address => 3923 Freed Drive City => Drapes State => IL Zip => 98023 Country => US Phone => 434-654-3423 Email => Iesha@MetroBusinessPages.com MD5 Hash => B62BE5E8DEA0DAFC0B20EEDE40E4FF06 Please help me fix this issue. I submited numberous of tickets to the WHMC support but I haven't received any useful assistance, so I'm trying out this option.
