How to forward domain?

I have an eNom reseller account and want to create domain forwarding for me client. eNom requires that DNS be set to their servers before changing the host records but my client doesn't know this.

 

How can I go about creating a link "Forward your Domain" that woulod automatically set the host records to the specified URL at the same time changing the DNS.

 

I am by far NOT a PHP or Smarty expert so any help is really appreciated.
