worsin
I am having major problems with the reseller program offered by WHMCS. I signed up but it seems most of the pages return a 404 error. Cannot log into the SuperSite control panel. most of the buy buttons on the storefront (not the SuperSite) return a 404 error. My goal here is to be able to offer Domains/Transfers and Certificates, possibly even the voice services. I called tech support for DirectI and they said they cant help me and that they have to talk to WHMCS and when i send in a ticket to WHMCS they say they dont support the SuperSite and only the WHMCS interface. First thing going through my mind when i see these "Catch 22" endless customer service loops that get you no where is *. Im sure this is not the case but it surely doesn't make me want to deposit ANY FUNDS into my account. First question i have is can i go directly to DirectI for my reseller account and have it still work with WHMCS? Normally i wouldn't do this but if its the only way to get support from them maybe i have no choice? Is the DirectI setting in the registrar area of WHMCS only for the reseller account you get through WHMCS? or does it go directly to DirectI? Any help is welcomed as i need to get this up and running THIS WEEK. Even if that means i dump DirectI and the free reseller program all together. Thanks in advance!

You can sign up for an account directly with Directi if WHMCS does not support other items sold by Directi (Which I find surprising). You will need to deposit $199 + 3-4% due to processing fees. In order to get better prices you will need to deposit a higher total - don't forget it is total amounts deposited. The module in WHMCS will work with both - just remember to set up a customer and send all orders through this new customer (which can be yourself). Hope that helps

chickendippers
Another website and username/password combination for your customers to remember. Some of mine have enough difficulty with their cPanel and WHMCS logins.
isdoo
Why would clients need an additional login - /me confused
chickendippers
They need to remember the login for the Supersite. In addition to their server login and WHMCS login.
netearth
worsin, you mention loads of 404 errors... where are you located, could it be the internet coonectivity? Directi will not support whmcs, as we dont for instance. But at the end of the day we at least try to help! Regards, Chris

chickendippers
Speed isn't a necessary indication of reliability
worsin
well its a fiber connection with no restrictions. Why would i be able to get to the front of the site but not the back?
chickendippers
There could be a problem with the DNS servers, with the global peers, misconfiguration at the local UBR etc. etc. Anyway, I'll shut up now as it's not really helping. Just to let you know that I find the Supersite quite slow and unreliable myself.
