tjdykb
Not sure if this is a bug or it is the way it goes. I use Ver. 3.6.0, a friend of mine build an additional Payment Gateway for local Bank (Indonesian) so user could confirm their payment made to our account in that bank, and if payment received (transfer already in our bank account) their service is automatically created (id 1st payment). The payment gateway works fine, the package creation (in cPanel) also works fine (haven;t try with domains), buat The status in Order Page (WHMCS) is still pending, so I have to Accept them manually. Is this intentionally?, if so what are the intention? . Thx
minadreapta
yes, this is how it's supposed to work, you have to accept the orders manually. i think you can use the action hooks to accept the orders upon successfull payment.

Is there any way to automate this? If an invoice is paid, then surely you aknowledge that the order should be accepted?
chickendippers
It's so you can keep tabs on new orders, it has no impact from the customer's POV.
SilverNodashi
sure, but for every order that comes in, I get 6 emails! How much more "notification" do I need ?
Mindvision
I have the same problem with transferring domains. Would like to fully automate this rather than have to manually 'Accept Order'. Note: I have 'Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received' option selected. Any ideas?
chickendippers
@Mindvision My domain transfers are completely automated, sounds like you're experiencing a different issue.
Mindvision
Chickendipper - thanks for the heads up. I'll dig deeper. Glad to see it should work that way. I'll try and find out why it's not doing what's expected. Probably something I've caused...
