I have the system setup to generate invoices 14 days before due date but this fails to happen on recurring packages. Any ideas please. freedombi Posted April 17, 2008 Share Posted April 17, 2008 First question, are you getting the daily emails from cron? If not, your cron job probably is not getting run. dutchnet Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 We had a similar problem in 3.6.0, Matt looked at it and by disabling the pdf creation in configuration Admin/Invoices we temporarily solved the problem. Worth a try - to do it just remove the tick in 'Enable PDF Invoices Tick to send PDF versions of invoices along with invoice emails, it might help you for now as well.
