Unable to Download Trial

i have tried to download the trial version but it is not letting me download and saying

 

"We put all orders through various fraud checks and your order has failed these checks. Common reasons for failing the automated fraud check are not placing the order from the address you provide or using a free email provider. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact support@whmcs.com and quote your order # XXXXXX"

 

i have sent an email to support@whmcs.com but have not received any response yet.

 

today i tried to download again and system said some thing "email already used"

 

can anyone help me to download the trial version.

If you are able to log in to the system to try a download log a ticket from within the system rather than sending an email.

 

Or try using an alternative email address.

Thanks a lot. your idea of changing email address worked. now i have downloaded the trial version.
