Kayako Live Response

Question:

 

I have Kayako SupportSuite for my "other" company and want to possibly use the Live Response for my hosting. However, from what I am seeing it would not be possible to have LiveResponse WinApp on one laptop to maintain 2 domains for chat managment. I do not see how it would determine which site would be requesting the chat? I am wrong on this......
