Something like Frontpage that they can download and install on their computer, and is a WYSIWYG program. Mostly all of the ones that I've tried have some catch - most of them 'recommend' other hosting companies, or can only FTP to those companies or that sort of thing. Or, they are HTML editors and not really WYSIWYG programs - and I want something easy to use for my home/novice customers.
