BAJI26
Look in the WHMCS DIR/templates/Default or portal/
kcackler
Ignore BAJI's post. What you're looking for is at http://wiki.whmcs.com/ The very last link concerns the API. Also, under the Customization section, there is a link called Action Hooks. Both of those are what your developer needs to be looking at.

Orangewebhosting.net
Cool looked through it so basically if client signups run action hook if not carry on Is there not a action hook for when a admin is added in whmcs admin area?
kcackler
Read the actionhooks file. What is available there is what is available to you. I, too, wish that the files were unencoded...It would make my accounting work a LOT easier...But you've got to work with what you've got.
Orangewebhosting.net
nope there isnt a action hook for admins much to my dismay maybe this should be included in future releases! Maybe whmcs should consider people who have being paying for there software licenses for couple of years to be trusted with a single decoded file or even maybe a partly decoded file just for the part they need to edit, obvioulsy on a case by case basis, and not insult them and accuse them as thievs when they are trying to develop, interesting and highly usefull addons for them because there complete solution doesnt cover everything anyway is $vars["Password"] md5 encrypted or plain text
kcackler
I would love nothing more than to see that for the whmcs community, but I just don't see it happening...
