FPForum Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 I have two accounts which I am manually trying to suspend. I log in to whmcs and go to that package and select "suspend"..It tells me the accounts have been successfully suspended on the server..So I wait until today when my cron runs itself. It runs, but the site's are not suspended. Now, I can still go an access the site's. Any idea what I am doing wrong here? joe123 Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 when you suspend accounts manually, they are suspended immediatelly , you don't have to wait for the cron. If you still see the sites then it could be that they point to a different server and not yours . to make sure they are suspended , check the suspended accounts list in whm. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
