cyberhippo Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 I'm using version 3.6 In the Admin area when I select "Place New Order" and click "Continue" it briefly shows the product choices and then refreshes and tries to display the page /whmcs/admin/clientarea.php which 404's to my home page. The error log reported that the clientarea.php file did not exist in the admin directory so I copied it there (why not). That stopped the error but the add order page still just waits and waits... ricklapick Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 This was simply due to my ignorance. The category was visible but the only related package was not. After selecting the category I was expecting the next step to be package selection which of course couldn't happen because there was no visible package in that category.
