Getting SubDomains listed in Domains Report

I have imported several domains, including sub domains from my cpanel account. I then associated the domains with the correct owners profiles.

 

Some of the sub domains show up in the domain listing report, but others don't. I have tried to delete, associated, and recreate the domains but nothing seems to work.

 

Is this a bug or is there something I am missing ? I have spent hours trying to work this out, including searching the manual and forums.

 

Any advice is appreciated.
