Account Information Letter

Hi -

 

Im testing out my sys before going live.

 

I noticed that when I manually accept an order (because it failed to provision or even if it didn't fail but was paid by check or whatever), no Account Infomration (Plesk) gets sent to the customer.

 

I also don't see any way of manually re-issuing the letter either.

 

Is there some way to do this?

go to the client's "Products/Services" and at the bottom of the page select the email you want to send from the drop-down menu.

 

 

thx - but all I see there is the sign up email, clientr area reminder, and credit card expiry warning.

 

Is there some way to add Account Information to the drop down selection?

Click the "Products/Services" TAB when you look at the client account and then send the message from the bottom of that page.

you were looking at the client summary i guess and not at his/her hosting accoun details.
