Miki Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 Hi, In the past few weeks I am getting about 20 – 30 spam support tickets a week, my question is how can I capture the IP addresses of anyone that submits a ticket, what I am hoping to do is either notify the ISP or just block the IP address from my site.
