willow Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 Ive noticed whenever i try to merge multiple tickets between a registered client that the tickets merge but they are then no longer assigned to that registered client although they still have their name on the ticket. I then have to edit the newly merged ticket and select the client and click Save Changes for the ticket to be back in their ticket list. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
