Greetings,

 

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to do a few things.

 

One - add in some level of a discussion process per client other than utilizing the ticket system

 

Two - have downloads available to specific clients only. Basically you can select which client gets what. (without setting up a service)

 

Three - integrate a project management system in?

 

If you know the answer to 1, 2, or all 3, please feel free to post. I would welcome the feedback on this.
