MACscr Posted September 2, 2006 Share Posted September 2, 2006 They actually dont. Its a dirty setup, but it will work. Im running the site/mysql on a plain centos box, then mail on a cpanel server. I dont have time to explain everything right now as it is rather complicated, but you do have to have a webserver running on the same server as the mail server as well, with your whmcs files on the mail server and your normal server. Then change your configuration.php file on both servers to reflect what mysql server you have whmcs installed on. Dont forget to setup your cron jobs on the mail server as well.
