support tickets with multiple addresses

Hi,

 

We have almost the same problem. We use support at dutch-net.nl and support at dutch-net.com for historical reasons the mail for dutch-net.com is still active.

So we set-up two departments each with his own e-mail address but collecting the mail from one pop3 account.

Before we set-up the dummy department the mail addressed to @dutch-net.com was imported but there was a line in the Ticket Mail Import log claiming the department was not found, since we setup the dummy department as a hidden department e-mail addressed to both is being processed by WHMCS.

 

It's a pity we cannot have more addresses per support department, but this does the trick for us
