Do Emailed Attachments come through in tickets for you?

I just upgraded to 3.6.2 and this looks like it has been fixed.

 

But now admins. aren't getting notified when new tickets are entered/replied to. Checked the SMTP logs and not even getting there. Replies from the admin do get sent to the client though.

Looks like this was unrelated to the upgrade.
