Ben-iNetFx
Hey Guys, When I used to use Modernbill, everytime it would automatically register a domain - I'd get the MB mail, as well as an eNom "Order Status" mail. Since switching, I only get the WHMCS email, not the enom one. However, I DO get the eNom one if they order ID Protect (though it's on the ID protect invoice, doesn't mention the registration at all). Is there something I need to switch back on to enable the enom invoices? Ta!
nielsenj
If you have a reseller account, i believe that email is configured by your parent plan as it's technically their service you are buying from. I could be wrong and there may be an API variable WHMCS doesn't have configured but i think it's the above
Ben-iNetFx
I'm an ETP if that makes any difference. I used to get them with MB - just not any more - I should have worded it better - it's the invoices, not the confirmation mails. Anyone else find the same before I bug Matt about it...
arteryplanet
Yes, we have the same problem, but note in our case is only happening if the domain was ordered with ID protection, i mean if an only domain without ID protection is ordered we are receiving the enom email but if someone order a domain with ID protection we are receiving only the ID protection order email from enom for this domain and not the domain registration email. I guess is an enom problem not a whmcs. Some time before ID protection was marked as autorenew when they was ordered through whmcs after opening a ticket at enom they have corrected this, most probably is a similar problem, i guess the problem is when is ordered through the api because ordering it through the enom panel is working ok.
arteryplanet
I just did open a ticket at enom, lets see what they say.
Ben-iNetFx
Ok - manual registrations and the email comes through, so I'm guessing it must be an API setting somewhere? (I only say this as it was perfect with MB just switching has made them stop)
