Apparently the issue is with rights on our user account on our linux box and as such it will not sign the text file to email to nominet. We need to get this resolved as soon as possible as I am having to manually sign all requests, renewals and changes which is pretty time consuming! We did pay for installation and would imagine that this would have been sorted as part of the installation service... but apparently not... any help will be greatly appreciated.
