nolageek
I'm using the kayako integration, does the integration show the tickets from within WHMCS? I'm still seeing the empty categories and ticket queues from the built-in-WHMCS system on the admin "support" page instead of the kayako category/queues.

Does the kayako knowledgebase show up when you click on "Knowledgebase"? If not i don't think you have the support system set to Kayako under "AdminCP > Configuration > General Settings > Support". And then, after that.. to actually view the tickets & associated threads you will most likely need to apply this fix since it doesn't seem to work properly otherwise: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=10110
nolageek
Definitely have it set to Kayako in Admin/Config/General/Support WHen a user logs in and clicks 'knowledgebase' it takes them to kayako. When a user clicks on Submit ticket, it goes to kayako.. however, the admin side is all WHMCS built in support. I did use that supporttickets.php fix, didnt help.

Sorry, i didn't understand what you ment in the first post then obviously. The admin side of WHMCS does not change, it's simply a user-side visual integration. All administration, tickets and modifictions to the Kayako portion of things still has to be done via LiveResponse or the Kayako AdminCP.
