MikeDVB Posted March 21, 2008 Share Posted March 21, 2008 I never had a problem with this until we went to 3.6.0 and the new cart system was implemented. I am working on trying to re-create this issue so that I can put in a support ticket on it, if anybody has any insight into how to recreate this error please post it here. I believe it has to do with when a customer does not follow the normal flow of the order process. I've been working on it to duplicate it, as it's irritating that we have to manually create an account that is a viable option for automatic creation and has passed all of our fraud checking.
