Gx- Posted March 21, 2008 Share Posted March 21, 2008 For some reason my admin statistics dont accurately update, and im not sure why. For example Pending Orders: 0 Number of Active Clients: 10 Number of Inactive Clients: 0 Pending Services: 0 Active Services: 8 Suspended Services: 0 Terminated Services: 1 Cancelled Services: 0 Fraud Services: 0 Pending Domains: 3 Active Domains: 9 Expired Domains: 2 Cancelled Domains: 0 Fraud Domains: 0 Unpaid Invoices: 3 ($73.64) Overdue Invoices: 2 ($70.40) And they (the items in bold) have been like that for months. If I click on the related link, it takes me to a page where it *should* list those items, however they are blank, and im positive that I have no overdue or unpaid invoices, and i have no pending domains. This occaisionally happends with Pending Orders/Services as well I believe, however nothing is listed at the moment Its the same thing on the "System Summary"+Unpaid Invoices on the admin homepage as well, although these numbers are different in both number of accounts, and value of services it really drives me nuts!
