ScrltOTara Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 Is there a way to change the support ticket notices admins get to: 1. preferably be FROM the user email, not our support email 2. OR at least have the user's name, email, and custom fields in the body of the support message? It's confusing when we get support tickets, you don't know who they are from unless you log in.
