Naxous
Hello, I have current clients with me, I used to use 'PHP HOST BOT' and all my member details are held in there, I bought WHMCS to change my current system but i'm not sure how I would get these members into WHMCS, theres around 4. I want there account to show there and I want to input that they've already paid me for a month and i've recived it ect.. I've already tried but it just all went messy, anyone got any advice? - Ben Perkins, naxous.com
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted March 18, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted March 18, 2008 4 clients? (just making sure as you put around which would make me think 40?) First thing I would do is add each client to the system. Once this is done, add each clients domain & hosting via the Add Order link in the clients Menu in the admin section. Tick the boxes NOT to email and NOT to generate invoice. This will add x orders to the system that need to be accepted. As they already exist, untick ALL boxes on the accept order screen and accept the order. Then goto the product/domain you have just created and edit the next due date to be correct and the expiry date for the domain. Then you can create the manual invoices for the previous periods. Repeat as necessary. OR Contact support and see if we can do a custom import for you.

Thanks for the advice mate, how will WHMCS know the client has paid the money because the current clients have set-up paypal subscriptions to buy automaticly.

Sorry to repeat myself but when I try and add the domain it says the domain name already exists.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 19, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 19, 2008 There's no need to place a new order. A new subscription can be created from the next invoice the user gets from WHMCS. Matt
