Question regarding domain pricing display

Hello,

I have a question regarding the way domain pricing is displayed to clients.

I have several domains setup with a value of "-1.00" in the transfer fields as they are not transferable and WHMCS says that's the value to disable the specific functions.

If i now goto the "Domain Availability Checker" where it lists your domain prices all of those values set to "-1.00" in the admin panel are displayed as "-1.00" to the client.

I'm not that familiar with WHMCS yet but is there a way to modify items that say "-1.00" to say "N/A" or "Non - Transferable" or something like that?

Regards,

J

Hello,

-1 should work, if it isn't doing, I would log a quick ticket with us.

Send us your WHMCS URL, Admin Login and FTP Details and we will have a look for you :)

Ahh my mistake, instead of "Transfer" i meant "Renew".. certain domains are unable to be automatically renewed under my reseller plan, as such must be disabled with a -1, they show up as a -1 instead of "N/A" like the transfer columns.

I appreciate the reply though. Any idea on if it's supposed to do the same to the "Renewal" column as it is for the "Transfer" column?
