dagger
Hi, Support Tickets are being created in whmcs but my customers are not receiving the e-mail notification. Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Kind Regards Dagger
Arhineus
Create yourself a test client account, with another email address. Create a ticket, and verify if you receive the ticket messages or not. If not, check your email logs to see if the mail is being sent out. If it is, then check the receiving server. If it is not, then you may have a config setting that isn't set right.
shoggy24
You can also tell your clients to check their junk folder also note that some free email sites like yahoo and hotmail sometime discard email they believe is a high scoring spam. So if your e-mail server dont have at least one of these setting reverse dns, domain key or SPF (better to configure all 3) you may fall under the high scoring spam for those servers
