MediaIgniter
We had an order placed that was flagged as fraud. The customer tried ordering again and it was marked as fraud. They then used e-gold to "Add Funds" and an invoice was paid and the account auto created. The account was still set as fraud in WHMCS but was created anways. This is was appears to have happened through my investigating.
MediaIgniter
Perhaps someone could test that have the tools available to them in creating an order that would be marked fraud and then attempt adding funds to said client account to see if it is then created. I'm going to do some playing around myself and report back.
pacwebhosting
Hi, In our experience adding funds after an invoice has been raised does not pay the invoice unless something has change in 360 as we had a client do exactly this (was marked as fraud also) and we had to manually add some of the credit onto the invoice. Paul Actually I now believe they may have ordered first, and that order was marked as fraud. They then used that same client account to "Add Funds" and then placed another order which was marked as fraud as well, but the invoice ended up paid using the funds that where added and the account was created server side.
