ScrltOTara
I enabled openSRS in my WHMCS, put in the transaction key, user name, and put the IP address in OpenSRS. The problem is that on the domain section of the client in the admin, I have the box with the domain name, the dates, the pricing, etc. and then ... nothing. No buttons underneath to "save" changes, no footer on the page, nothing. And so I can't change the registrar to "none" so I can make changes. I tried reuploading the admin files, but it's not fixed. Any ideas? Thanks!
ScrltOTara
Some more info - not sure if it helps. When I log in as the user to the client area and click on "view details" of a domain - if I have it as being registered with OpenSRS, I get a comletely blank page.

mylove4life
better send a quick ticket to support. I'm thinking there might be a bad file somewhere or a template was changed and something missed...

azrahn
Thanks! I did open a ticket last night, but I thought maybe someone here may be able to help while I was waiting. Hi, Did you resolve this issue? I am having the same problem. Ronald.
ScrltOTara
I needed to recompile my PHP with PEAR. Even though supposedly it already was, something must have not been right, because recompiling fixed the problem.
Ninthcom
How do you recompile PHP with PEAR? Please advise sinc we are having the same issue with new domains being registered. Brent W.
xirrom
Same problem and question here. Hopefully there is a solution that can be publicly shared.
azrahn
Hi, Support has to upload pear runtime library's. If you open a support ticket, with ftp login info for the domain/directory where whmcs is installed, support will upload the neccesary files to your whmcs. So you do not need to recompile anything!
