So far so good, re setting up clients and thier hosting accounts, now i use the system for billing my design and other stuff too which is great. BUT I'm having problems with domains. I've asked for help from whmcs and planet domain, both places say it's an error on the other one's behalf. This is upsetting because I was hoping it would all be set up and working well by now and could move forward with new advertising/ promotions. I would like to know the following: Is registrant ID - is that the client ID number from planet domain or whmcs? Or is it thier ABN? Eligibilty Name I'm assuming is the business name and Eligibilty ID the ABN number.. right? I figure i must be getting something incorrect because I am getting error code 420 - user does not exist. I really need to know exactly the correct proceedure for entering in all my domains my from planet domain and making sure my whmcs is talking to my reseller account... Your help appreciated.
