MACscr Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 Ok, it said the accont creation was successful after order was received and i activated it, but i cant seem to loggin to the users account using link in the admin area. It just gives me a blank WHM login area. Also, why is it loggin in on port 2086 instead of 2087. Can you please fix this? Adam Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 Hey, The way the URL setup is so that even if the client changed their password in cPanel you are still able to login to their cPanel. You just have to login to the root or reseller account that holds the account... As for the ports I think if the option in WHM is not turned on you can't use it...
