WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 7, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 7, 2008 This feature doesn't apply to the cart at the current time - only the legacy order obeys the rules due to the complexities of the cart having multiple products in it and conflicting gateway rules.
