Configure WHMCS to work with DA

Recommended Posts

Im DA I make the user packages...

Then in WHMCS I configure the server DA with the admin username/password of my DA server...

Then in product services I make the same packacge with the same name...I select DirectAdmin and create the product.

Then when I trying with an user to use that product, In the admin panel of WHMCS in the server commands create, suspend, etc...I do create but I dont do anything...

Ok,

This my setup...

In the DirectAdmin server...Login as Administrator...in the reseller level I created 4 packages...Basic,Premium, etc...

In WHMCS I configured the DirectAdmin with the username/password of the DirectAdmin server administrator...

Then I added in the product/'services some packages...I configured it....with the same name as DirectAdmin..I select DirectAdmin as the module..

Then I have a client...when I go to the Server Commands in my admin panel...I do create and now It says...Account Created Succesfully...but when I check in my DirectAdmin server..theres nothing created...

i have same problem

My Configuration > Servers

Tick to use SSL Mode for Connections = Login Failed

No Tick to use SSL = Create account successful. But when I log into DA the account is not created either.

Any ideas or suggestions here will be much appreciated.

Thanks :(

Some things to check for, is the package names are CaSe-SensiTive.

Also don't us any spaces in your package names; instead use a dash or underscore if you wish, and make sure you do this same in WHMCS.

This thread is kind of old but it may help someone :-)
