Then in product services I make the same packacge with the same name...I select DirectAdmin and create the product. In the DirectAdmin server...Login as Administrator...in the reseller level I created 4 packages...Basic,Premium, etc... In WHMCS I configured the DirectAdmin with the username/password of the DirectAdmin server administrator... Then I added in the product/'services some packages...I configured it....with the same name as DirectAdmin..I select DirectAdmin as the module.. Then I have a client...when I go to the Server Commands in my admin panel...I do create and now It says...Account Created Succesfully...but when I check in my DirectAdmin server..theres nothing created... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

jdlitson Posted March 4, 2009 Share Posted March 4, 2009 Some things to check for, is the package names are CaSe-SensiTive. Also don't us any spaces in your package names; instead use a dash or underscore if you wish, and make sure you do this same in WHMCS.
