Accounts / domains not created in Plesk

I trying to get plesk and WHMCS to play nice together.

 

Plesk 8.1.1, WHMCS 3.5.1

 

This is through an account that exists in WHMCS. I am able to create accounts on our cpanel servers with no problem.

 

Plesk has separate accounts for users that one or more domains may be inside of. I am not using the pleskreseller module in WHMCS.

 

These are the steps I go through:

 

1. Create order on WHMCS.

2. Approve order from Pending list.

3. Add username and password in WHMCS.

4. Click 'Create'

 

The first time I click it, I get the following error:

 

Server Command Error

Account Creation Failed: -

 

 

Oddly enough, even though the domain isn't added to plesk, if I click 'Change Password' I get:

 

Server Command Success

Account Password Changed Successfully

 

 

I just went through and made sure the server configuration had the correct account information. Any suggestions?
