Boss Posted March 3, 2008 Share Posted March 3, 2008 I have just found that in the client portal when viewing the Domain details, there is no option to view or change any of the domain options except Registrar Lock. The options missing are: DNS management Email Forwarding ID Protection These options need to be there to enable/sell or to turn off if the client no longer wants them. I have a domain myself that has ID protect and is ticked/enabled in the Admin side for that domain. But know where in the client side does it appear that this function is ON or anything else. Nor is there any where, that I can find, to purchase these addons and add to the domain of my choice, except when you first purchase the domain. Please advise have I missed something?
