Question for people using WHMCS/Helm3

Hi All,

I have been testing the trial version of WHMCS and am generally impressed :) One problem I have spotted from my perspective is that when adding hosting packages it creates an individual login per domain, rather than the 'traditional' one helm login for all domains that a user hosts. Is this case or am I missing anything, and what do your customers make of it - does it annoy them?

Whilst I'm asking questions are you running WHMCS on a Windows box? It's generally working but despite reading other threads I am damned if I can get the Nominet PGP signing to work. Do you have any tips?

Finally, I'd be interesting to here any good/bad points about the WHMCS/Helm3 integration that you have spotted.

Thanks,

Nathan

We use HELM 3 with WHMCS.

It works well for most things, but the whole multi logins per user is an issue.

We don't auto create accounts, so we can see where this occurs and we add the new package and domain manually and give the hosting order the same username and password in WHMCS.

I have requested that a way of handling this be put into the system, but not sure if it's on the cards.

Regards

Simon
