michelle
I addeed a link to my logo in the software settings. It looks good on the invoices within the software (when you view them)... however, when the invoices are mailed, the logo always looks broken. I've looked at it on 3 different software applications (Outlook, Eudora and Gmail). Is there a way to solve this? thanks, michelle
Adam
Hey, You can try not putting a logo in the field and just add your logo to each invoice and make sure you add a width="" and heigh="" with in the code... Not sure if that will work... From, Adam

MACscr
Just so you know, you dont have to do width and heights these days. Browsers are now smart enough to figure that out. Also when your linking to images and such for invoices, make sure you using a full url versus relative. Such as http://domain.com/images/IMAGNAME.jpg or whatever. Also, you do know that most images dont show in emails unless the user clicks on show images. Its a security measure.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 27, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 27, 2006 Also, you do know that most images dont show in emails unless the user clicks on show images. Its a security measure. This will be the cause of your problem Michelle if you entered the full url to the image. Matt
