redham Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 Hi everyone, Since upgrading to v3.6.0 I'm having problems with the "pre-sales questions" email form. It returns a email to the prospective client informing them that: Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it wasnot recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area. I get the pre-sales email form from my prospective clients but they inform me that they received the error email. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
