I am the developer of this module.

India GST Invoicing turns WHMCS into a billing system an Indian hosting company can file GST from. Customers in your own state are charged CGST + SGST, customers in other states IGST, and customers abroad nothing, with the right wording on the invoice for each.

  • GST tax invoice PDF: your GSTIN and state, the buyer's GSTIN, place of supply, the SAC code on every line, CGST and SGST (or IGST) per line and in the totals, and the amount in words.
  • Proforma and tax invoice: unpaid invoices say Proforma Invoice; once paid they become a Tax Invoice.
  • Financial-year invoice numbers: numbering follows the Indian financial year.
  • GSTIN checks using the WHMCS Customer Tax ID field or a custom field.
  • GSTR-1 export as CSV.
  • Set-up: enter your GSTIN, then write the GST rules, mark products taxable, install the invoice template and apply numbering from the addon page.

Requirements: WHMCS 8.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 to 8.3. It uses WHMCS's own tax engine (levels 1 and 2).

Price: $29, one-time, licensed for one WHMCS installation.
