ScrltOTara
I know this has been asked many times, but I didn't find an answer that helped me. I realize WHMCS data can't be imported well into Quickbooks, however, hosting is only ONE aspect of our company. We have used Quickbooks for 10 years to manage all of our billing, customers, and tax information. Rather than re-entering all invoices, payments, etc. by hand, is there a good way to make the two systems "play nice"? I mean, if I get paypal payments, I have to get them to show in my Quickbooks paypal account for balancing purposes, so I'm not sure of the best way to do this. As for clients and taxes - I guess we can print reports from both Quickbooks and WHMCS at the end of the year and just add them together. Any thoughts? Thanks!
cyberhippo
I'm thinking about trying this solution that posts transactions directly from your cart to Quickbooks. I have not used it yet, so I can't vouch for it but I'm hoping it might be a solid solution that works with WHMCS and some of the other open source carts I am currentl using. http://www.aaatex.com/QuickBooks_Shopping_Cart_Integrator_Prices.htm
