rtcwh Posted February 20, 2008 Share Posted February 20, 2008 Hi, I upgrade my WHMCS last Saturday, 2 weeks after its launch, and since that day I found many problems, such as: 1. The registration form does not work, you can not make registration of new and current customers. We sent back the template files, and nothing. Where a registration is done the information is lost, the account is empty. 2. Unable to access certain areas, such as "WHM Import Script," I am always placed out of the system. 3. To connect to the system Admin now I have to mark "Keep me logged on until I leave." Customers only connect to the Admin is marking this option.
