Affiliate Problem

I have affiliates set up and all is set up as per my desire. A percentage is paid for ALL products and services. This includes hosting and other products I have set up on my site. HOWEVER.......

The affiliate system is only recording any products that are under the "Hosting Product" feature. It is not recording sales and commissions for any products that I set up under "other".

Example:

Options when setting up a new product are:

Shared Hosting

Reseller Hosting

VPS Hosting

"OTHER"

Choosing "other" for these products and going in and manually setting each product under the "affiliate" tab. Through testing, it's showing that a referral has made a purchase. Not showing what the purchase is, nor the total cost, nor the commission. All is 0. Yes, payment is "manually" applied during these tests.

SECOND

With referral set up for any of the hosting products, although shows status and commission, is not showing the hosting package, nor the price.

Can any help me out on this?? Is there another configuration I am missing?

*If* affiliates is not set up to work with "other" products and services, can I manually change the default "Shared Hosting - Reseller Hosting - VPS hosting etc to another name?

If so, where do I do this?

Thanks in advance. Good system, and sure hope i can get this to work properly.

Thx.
