wsa
Abandoned Cart for WHMCS is a plugin that provides the ability to send multiple email reminders to customers who have abandoned their carts. This is a proven way to increase what would normally be lost revenue. Abandoned Cart can send up to 5 emails. The flow has upto 5 steps; each step can consist of a different email template and promo code A responsive email template is included to get you started, but can be overwritten with your own if preferred. The email the customer receives includes a link that restores their cart. The plugin also uses this to detect clicks. Knowing if customers are opening/clicking emails is a great way to increase conversion. Nathan Davis
The click-tracking through the cart-restoration link is the detail that stands out to me, since it turns the reminder emails into something measurable rather than just a sequence. Curious whether the five steps can be spaced independently per product or only globally, and whether there's any cooldown so a customer who already completed checkout mid-flow stops receiving later emails. The 1.0.2 note about IonCube Loader 15 and WHMCS 9.1 support is also useful to see spelled out.
