lahost
Hello. I have 2 languages in my site, english and pt_br where pt_br is my default language, however all my messages are going in english. Where can I verify? I took a look at all of the system and didn´t find any other item to change. Thanks.

gunleik
I have the same problem. I'm new to the system, but I believe the admin have to manually set Language in the client profile. Why cant this be set during the order - based on the language the user choose to view the webpage? - can some developer please fix this? You can translate the "default" e-mail template and add english as an ekstra language in the e-mail template. Then the default will be your lang, and the admin have to manually choose if the user should get english messages. But the automatic welcome messages will always come in the default language, coz. admin havent had time to change the lang. yet.

And does anyone has a fix it it, except changing all users language into english, as the users are asking support questions about the english invoices.
rfs1970
I am having the very same problem. What amazed me is: This ticket was opened in Feb, 20th, today is Sep, 16th! Does someone found a solution for this issue? Thank you, r.
charliez
Please check that the FIRST language is your own language... that is... when you have two languages it usually puts English on top and the second language second. Even if you have your language selected, it sends them in English... You have to put your language on top and English in the bottom so that the emails get send in your language... hope this helps...
